I’m a clinician-turned-product leader and consultant working at the intersection of health technology, product strategy, and execution.I help early-stage founders, research institutions, and growing health companies bring discipline to messy product decisions: what to build, what to test, what to pause, and how to move forward without overbuilding.That might mean pressure-testing a product idea, turning research into something usable, helping a founder-led team bring more structure to product decisions, or moving from concept to MVP, pilot, and scale. My work spans digital health, MedTech, research, complex software, AI-enabled products, and FDA-regulated environments.I often come in as the first dedicated product leader or fractional product partner, helping teams move quickly without overcomplicating the work or losing sight of what they are trying to learn.AI is changing how quickly teams can build, test, and learn, but speed only helps when it is paired with good judgment. I use AI practically in my own work and have experience building products where AI is part of the core workflow, user experience, or value proposition.I believe in building the right thing before building the full thing. In healthcare, that discipline can be the difference between real momentum and a lot of wasted capital.
